Our goal is to impress every guest with industry-leading quality of service in every corner of the home. Each KOZE property is assigned a dedicated housekeeping team who cleans the home after every guest check out, allowing them to become intimately familiar with the features that make it unique.
Ensuring that each home is properly maintained is our primary responsibility. We assign each homeowner a dedicated in-house Maintenance Tech who are on call 24 hours a day for any emergency that might arise. We do not charge annual or routine maintenance fees, nor do we markup charges on third-party maintenance services. Best of all: Each of our homeowners has a single point of contact for ALL of their home management needs—their dedicated Property Manager.
We do revenue management better than anyone. Our homeowners receive detailed monthly accounting statements showing all fiscal activity. Moreover, they won’t see any administrative fees or statement markups—because we don’t have any. We also pay all taxes on behalf of our homeowners.
