Round Top charm w/POOL and outdoor dining

Great experience. Very eclectic.

Communication for the most part was very good.. just disappointed that our A/C issues were not resolved before we checked out. The weather didn’t help as it was still exceedingly hot & humid.. I just felt like since we all know how terribly hot Texas can get & the area that was not cool was a 2nd story floor that the units should have been double checked to see if it was working properly or not before we got there so that trying to find a technician to work on a Saturday could have been avoided. And as it turned out a technician did not get to the house on a Saturday to fix the unit. Also had to pay extra to get access to that floor. Maybe just need a better maintenance schedule in the future. We made do & had a good time.

The house was full of mold and falling apart furniture. The overall cleanliness was bad. We had an issue with a breaker flipping and they never came to fix it during our stay.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property. The first was with girlfriends and this time with my sister in law and our daughters. It’s got plenty of room, a great pool,plenty of space, and is in the perfect location to shop around Top.

Everything was just as described! Great place to stay and very close to all Round Top activities!
