The property is in a convenient location, and we appreciated that it was pet-friendly. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the home did not meet our expectations. We provided Vrbo with multiple photos and videos documenting the issues.To be fair, Vrbo offered to arrange for cleaning staff to return to the property. However, we were uncertain about the logistics—whether we would need to remain at the property or leave our belongings there while the cleaning took place—so we declined and cleaned what we could ourselves.Vrbo’s team was communicative, but ultimately no adjustment was made. We had a wonderful week in Austin, but the cleanliness concerns made this a disappointing Vrbo experience.
